Questions

What clients ask

What does ASMR-inspired mean?
ASMR-inspired, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, techniques use light touch, rhythm, and texture to create calming, tingling sensations that encourage deep relaxation.
Do I need to undress?
You’ll be comfortably positioned face-down. Specific instructions are provided at your appointment to ensure comfort and privacy.
What does “tingles” mean?
Some people experience a pleasant tingling sensation during light-touch sensory experiences, while others simply feel deep relaxation or calm. There is no “right” way to feel during the service.
Is this suitable for people who carry a lot of tension or stress?
Yes — this treatment was designed with exactly that in mind. The slow pace, gentle pressure, and quiet environment work together to give an overloaded nervous system genuine space to settle. Many clients find it the most restorative hour of their week.
Is this a massage?
No. This is not a massage therapy service. Sensory Reset is a sensory relaxation experience using light touch, sound, and tool-assisted ASMR techniques. No deep pressure or corrective bodywork is used.
Is this treatment right for me?
Sensory Reset is a gentle, sensory-based experience, that is not recommended for anyone who finds light touch, repetitive sounds, or close-proximity sensory input uncomfortable or unsettling.
Is there any aftercare?
Drink water and move gently after your appointment.

Allow your body time to adjust — some clients feel sleepy afterward, which is completely normal.

Avoid caffeine or stimulating activity for a few hours if possible.
